Transforming from Inside Out

Every woman experiences change, sometimes it's a choice others not so, yet women across the globe strive to develop resilience, stamina and strength to remain in control and push forward in their quest to be the best they can be.



Success is unique to the individual. Many set high expectations possibly never achieving them, yet others fail to allow themselves a vision/hope/goal and rarely identify with having accomplished any success in their lives.

Using self-reflection allows us all to look back and evaluate our experiences and see successes, that we may view as mere duty, obligation. Self blaming known as self-sabotaging or blaming others is common when we feel ourselves becoming overwhelmed or lost.

To allow ourselves recognise successes and enjoy self praise we have to first love, not others but truly love ourselves. This is a challenge to many. Past experiences define who we are and what we are capable of. Perhaps a difficult childhood embedded a low self-esteem, maybe a failed relationship causes hesitance to commit or trust, or it may be simply your life is so dominated by caring for others, you have lost who you are and feel guilty in allowing yourself time just for you.

No matter what blocks or difficulties you face, you can regain you, find who you are, become the woman you aspire to be, and it all begins from working inside out.

Your body is unique to you, though there are some key areas each and every one of us benefit from focusing on to ensure we are functioning at our best.

Nutrition Body and Soul focus on three areas:
Nutrition - your diet, the food that fuels your body and feeds every cell within. If you lack any of the essential macro and micro nutrients you will experience some ill health. This could be simply a monthly outbreak of spots, dry skin or more extreme irritable bowel and reoccurring infections.
Body - Your skin absorbs up to 86% of what it comes into contact with. If you uses products that contain harmful toxins, you are increasing the risk of these entering into your blood stream and causing toxic reactions. This also applies to the clothes you wear. Many clothing items these days contain synthetic fibres that have been chemically treated and these chemicals can enter your blood stream through your skin. I am not suggesting you wear purely organic or natural fibre clothes, but merely becoming conscious of the toxin risk allows you to make work at reducing toxin build up.
Soul - Your emotional wellbeing is a key element to your overall health. When you are emotionally balanced you feel stronger from within, more confident, more in control. Using relaxation techniques and scents/fragrances you can strengthen your emotional wellbeing.





As you can see working on all three elements Nutrition / Body / Soul you are addressing your health and wellbeing from the inside out - holistic self-care.

When working to reconnect to yourself, it is far easier with support and guidance. I work with many women around the world who all have that inner desire to reconnect to their original self, reestablish their purpose, regain their confidence and become the woman they can once again love.



I work online via zoom video calls and email, which allows a high level of flexibility to suit even the busiest woman's schedule. You may wish to have one intense session supported with email follow ups as and when you feel the need, or perhaps you wish to have a more rigid arrangement of a monthly call, whatever you feels works for you, I will be there each step of your journey.
