Success is unique to the individual. Many set high expectations possibly never achieving them, yet others fail to allow themselves a vision/hope/goal and rarely identify with having accomplished any success in their lives. Using self-reflection allows us all to look back and evaluate our experiences and see successes, that we may view as mere duty, obligation. Self blaming known as self-sabotaging or blaming others is common when we feel ourselves becoming overwhelmed or lost.
